I ran the day to day operations of a enterprise class business. Wrote the annual sales and operations budgets. i managed the IT, network and technology aspect of the business. Set the direction for growth and the vision of the company. oversaw the construction of new warehouses and sales territories. i did so with a work first and follow me attitude.

Developed new and existing business, contacts, and partners. Developed, managed and deployed Olympic Brake Supply's first venture into a managed CRM. Developed Sales territory from the construction, design and engineering of the warehouse to full operation as one of OBS's top producers. Continued the development of business partners practice above and beyond a customer. Assembled a team that was able to deliver above and beyond customer service every time.. Effectively instill in co-workers the importance of the business partner and an understanding that without them there is no us. They are the reason we are here. Lead by example mentality, I would never ask a team member to do something that I have not done and am not willing to do myself. Doing this in a place and time where in is seen and do it with pride in my job. Instill that regardless of what you do, you are a professional and this is your profession, strive to be the best at it. It was 100% hands on and doing it!

This was the time the owner and CEO( my father) intentionally drug me through every aspect of not only olympic brake Supply but several other businesses he owned to give me an education in business you cannot get at any college or in any classroom. This was intentional and by design. the dates are correct. I started working and paying taxes according to the IRS at age 13. We learned work etheric first and foremost. Then every different aspect and department of business until he felt you had that department or skill mastered. Then it was on to the next one. This education did not stop until the day he died in 2017. I am the only member of the extended family to complete this education, to stick it out. I eclipse the next longest family member by more than 2 decades. with that being said all members of the family received this education and all are very successful in there businesses and leaders in their fields. It is my belief that this is the worlds best business education hands down.

It was not uncommon to work at 110% for longer than 50hrs straight. In this situation the human factor becomes exponentially more difficult. My ability and extreme mental fortitude gave me the ability to continue to work at a insane pace. This sets the standard for your teammates. At hr no. 45 I ask for help in getting the goal met, not just issuing orders. That's what keeps a team working at the pace of incredible. That's what makes it easy to maintain that pace for others, the no option to fail mentality. That and a little luck is what separates a winning team and a team.
