My true passions live in the technical understanding of advanced-advancing technologies in many different markets and my ability to help the not as technical understand the fundamental principles of the technologies. My ability to understand how the many components and technologies work together to make a much greater technology perform its intended purpose and how it could potentially be realised in different markets. My ability to communicate what and why I am passionate about something technical in nature and share that passion with others has given me the natural position as a motivator and leader. When I help others understand why, and how a technology can effect change in our world and why I am passionate about it there becomes a natural desire to join me in the task of development and/or implementation to allow the potential to be realised. To truly work for our passion, and make the work our passion. Growing up in the automotive industry, and having worked in many facets of the automotive aftermarket industry, since childhood. I continued to expand my skill set and education each year since. I obtained my first ASE Masters certification in 1997 with 3 more masters to follow.I have extensive experience working as a technician in automobile repair shops in Washington and Arizona and has become one of the top automotive techs in the state. Before being employed at Olympic Brake Supply, my experience included management, operations and sales in the automotive repair business. Joining the business management team in 2006 as a full time employee, I have worked primarily in sales and management. With a formal education in engineering and extensive hands-on training in the automotive aftermarket industry I have developed a excellent skill set for leadership.
