Led 37 officers and 14 civilians to resolve engineering development challenges to deliver the anti-jam / anti-spoof military code through the realization of the Global Positioning System satellite architecture, its corresponding ground system installations, and its novel receive developments. Personally build the GPS cyber branch, hiring the officers and contractors to foster the novel cyber test framework, while developing the counter-adversary strategy in-line with the DoD Chief Informataion Office

Led military, Civilians and contractors to operate two airfields, including air traffic control, airfield management and airfield services. Revamped transient alert capacity. Re-built the Wing's Crisis Action Team, as well as military deception, critical asset management and contingency response capacity. Capacity used in real world hurricane response with much success. Built the space lift training policy and capacity with 1ROPs Commander and Standard Evaluations Chief. Ensured 45th Space Wing's weapons and tactics capacity, as well as its intelligence assessments cell. Demonstrated leader while on Crew.

Led military contingent to task and execute actions for the Combined Forces Air Component Commander (Lt General David Goldfein) to his 9 Air Expeditionary Wings and 4 Air Expeditionary Groups, among other organizations in the AFCENT Area of Responsibility (AOR). Worked with CFACC as a Military Strategist to his Combined Air Operations Center.

Improved gas turbine engine performance using novel control technology to actively dampen airflow instability, thereby increasing thrust output (Demo'd). Developed novel active control codes to orient and then maintain micro-satellite in close proximity. Developed flight control improvement codes using neural networks in Unmanned Air Vehicles to adapt to inflight damage (Demo'd).
