Responsible for managing the commercial operations of Yarde Metals' value added sales division, a team of 6 associates. This includes establishing pricing levels, marketing of services internally & externally, process improvement, production schedule planning, as well as creating and delivering training materials.Included within this division includes all of our outsourced special processes including heat treating, polishing, and ultrasonic inspectionsIn-house equipment includes (1) Fiber Laser, (3) Water Jets, (3) Plasma cutting tables, and multiple Gauer machines.

• Daily interaction with a diverse international and domestic customer base • Industries served: Defense, Firearm, Injection Molding, Aerospace, Shipbuilding, Commercial Manufacturing• Interpreting customer requirements and negotiating pricing and delivery terms • Emphasizing value added services provided and product benefits, quoting prices, preparing order reports, entering sales orders, sourcing non-stocked items• Staying up to date and informed on market conditions, product knowledge• Act proactively to create opportunities for new business including identifying and out-calling prospective customers
