This means regular tasks like implementing and managing custom objects and fields, flow automations, validation rules and maintaining data quality. It was also part of my duties to provide technical support and training, ensuring that team members could fully leverage Salesforce tools and features. A critical part of the job was to contribute to forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis efforts through reporting and dashboarding. Though I was the only CRM specialist, some of my key achievements were the successful deployment and integration of Conga Composer, which improved our document generation and reporting capabilities, the implementation of Sales Engagement tool, that significantly enhanced our sales processes (more focused on the lead capture and analysis) and overall efficiency.
