As a Salesforce Administrator at OPTEL Group, I manage and optimize the CRM platform for a global leader in traceability solutions. I work with various stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. I have successfully implemented multiple projects and integrations such as Sales Engagement, Sales Navigator, Conga Composer and more.I am also passionate about data engineering and big data, and I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in this field at Poli-USP, one of the most prestigious engineering schools in Brazil. I apply the knowledge and skills I learn from this program to my current role, also from my internship at Salesforce where I gained experience in working with Sales, Marketing, Service and Commerce Cloud.
