- Evaluated investments in value-added office, retail, and multifamily properties via senior loan originations, note purchases and joint venture equity positions

- Oversaw portfolio analytics, financial forecasting and valuations for a $1.2 billion core-plus equity fund investing in office, medical office, retail, industrial, multifamily and student housing properties- Designed and managed the quarterly performance review for the fund’s 42-property portfolio- Managed the quarterly valuation process that determined NAV- Led beta-testing and implementation of a pioneering portfolio analytics system used to forecast the fund's dividend and NAV- Composed quarterly investor letter for an audience of 1,500 shareholders

- Performed cash flow projections, valuations and other quantitative analyses on individual property investments and overall portfolio- Analyzed portfolio risk metrics including investment exposures by sector and geography, lease expirations, tenant concentrations, tenant credits and debt maturities- Produced reports and memoranda including annual strategic plan, marketing documents, client presentations and reports distributed to board of directors- Assisted Fund President with investor relations
