Duties include building and deploying laptop images, managing the laptop inventory in a predominantly Lenovo shop (with the Dell KACE system), managing Active Directory (Server 2008 R2), managing the office print server (Windows 2008 R2), supporting Microsoft Office (including Visio and Project), internet browsers, the Cisco VPN clent, Sophos Endpoint Control, Crashplan Backup, and several Adobe products. I also work with troubleshooting internet and VPN connections, kernel errors, and bad hardware.
