During my time at OmniGuide we successfully launched several new technologies, acquired and merged two existing companies (OmniGuide and Domain Surgical) into an industry leading advanced energy company and redeployed the commercial team to transition from a disposable focused to capital driven sales team.

East Us

Led Eastern US Area in all aspects of strategy, execution and results. Hired, developed and managed high performing teams during a record 3 years of company growth were executed. Worked cross functionally integrating with areas such as regulatory, marketing, engineering, professional education and sales training to develop and launch new products, markets, and scale organization.

Responsible for developing the Eastern Area team for the introduction and growth of revolutionary, disruptive technology (TMS) to treat major depression. Company successfully launched and established 400+ systems across the US prior to any reimbursement. Subsequently, Neuronetics has successfully accomplished an Initial Public Offering (IPO) under the Nasdaq symbol "STIM"

New England

Introduced revolutionary XLIF Procedure to the Spine Market in New England, an area which in the previous years had only completed a single surgeon that had done an XLIF. Now there are over 30 trained surgeons regularly using lateral technique.

Introduced revolutionary Kyphoplasty procedure into the New England market and helped establish it as a now standard of care treatment. Involved when started as a private VC backed company to IPO and eventual MDT acquisition for over $4 Billion.
