Complete City Tours.Narrate and guide bus drivers around the city for the following tours: Elvis “Walk-a-mile” Tour; Black History Tour; Memphis Music Tour; Blues Music Tour; Memphis History Tour

Responsible for producing all private and special events. Events range from private dinners, weddings, birthdays, corporate meetings and receptions to fundraisers. 5 guests to 4000+ at an event. Design/production work on the 4 major special events: Zoo Boo, Zoo Lights, Safari Soiree and Zoo Rendezvous. Execute logistics for all event deliveries, load-ins, set-ups, and staffing. Weekly communication with all Zoo departments from front gate, security, animal keepers, maintenance, horticulture and Board of Directors. Build and maintain healthy relationships with all suppliers, vendors and clients. Execute all contracts in best interest of the mission of the Zoo. Develop strategies to maximize revenue and reduce production costs for the four largest fundraisers of the Zoo. Supervise a part-time staff for the Events Department.

Generate group sales for home games via past clients and cold calling.Maintain relationship with Season Ticket Holders, Booster Club Members.Game day support in customer service/box office/game operations.Community involvement with scheduling and hosting player appearances.

Process all talent applications and collate all headshots/resumes.Arrange outside restaurant amenities/discounts for all guests during the conference.Oversee team of volunteers for the collection, distribution of headshots and posting of call-backs during the auditions.

House Manage and run Box Office for all performances at The Circuit Playhouse (Aug. 2001 – July 2004) – includes delivering live curtain speeches and reconciling box office reports, credit cards, cash totals, and handling of patron relations and complaints.Design/layout all playbills. This including generating advertising sales, collecting all biographical information, legal information, editing and printing of all playbills.Create new marketing strategies for single ticket sales/audience development.Created a Theatre Management Internship under my supervision.Host special events/fundraisers/sponsor parties and public relations events.Implement the Annual Subscription Drive – including corporate and college sales.Build relationships with current and future individual and corporate donors.Staff liaison to the Board of Directors for subscriptions, marketing, and PR.Ensure building maintenance, safety, repair, and cleaning.

Run backstage during every performance. Assist with load-in/out at each facility and oversee transfer of show to next facility. Coordinate light hang/focus at two facilities for lighting designer. Monitor all NYC based auditions (Equity EPA’s/Chorus Calls, etc.) AEA contract negotiations for principal cast. Oversee EMC Candidates hours and contracts. Coordinate cast transportation schedules.

Manage, direct, train, motivate, and supervise the cast’s technical staff and students. Maintain the equipment and show through Technical City Reports and Parts Reports. Weekly communications with technical departs with Denver, CO and Brussels, Belgium offices. Ensure the load-in, set-up, rehearsal and strike of 18 tons of equipment for each city on the tour. (Approximately 60 cities.) Serve as back-up technician for lighting and sound operators.
