Mr. Moore has 18 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 in the energy and solar PV sector and his C-10 Electrical Contractor's Lic. As a project team Construction Lead, Mr. Moore has implemented numerous PV installations in California, Nevada and Hawaii for various solar EPCs, government agencies, U.S. military branches, utilities, CCAs, school districts, and private clients. He provides invaluable project development insight and focus during conceptual design, system specification, cost estimating, design review, project and construction management, commissioning and contract closeout. Mr. Moore’s strengths during the development phase of a project ensure that contract specifications and requirements effectively drive design & engineering coordination, considering all disciplines, to execute the finalized contract and program/project plans.
