• Provide exceptional customer service when completing assignments for customers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Point of Sale equipment such as, self checkout lanes, CPUs, Scales and Receipt Printers.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and recovery of failed IT hardware and Point of Sale Equipment in live retail and office environments.
• Edit all aspects of trouble tickets assigned to the work zone.
• Provide comprehensive notes / resolution information / equipment information / closure detail to all tickets.
• Order parts for all completed tickets with accuracy and timeliness.

• Serves as maintenance technician for a multimedia environmental operation charged with installation, maintenance and calibration on scientific monitoring equipment/hardware; chemical research and analysis as required.
• Provide technical expertise to diagnose and repair electronic malfunctions, disassemble, reassemble, remove, and repair or replace unserviceable equipment.
• Use a variety of hand tools to repair or replace equipment.
• Troubleshoot and test faulty equipment, identify malfunctions and repair system malfunctions.
• Perform required daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks and services on equipment.
• Assist in performing confidence tests on selected equipment as needed to ensure proper operation.

• Execute CBRN/HAZMAT response operations in hazardous situations
• Provide continuous observations of hazard prediction models and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear sensor equipment.
• Troubleshoot sensor equipment and perform field-level maintenance on equipment when needed
• Interpret CBRN detection technology on a daily basis
• Required to remain knowledgeable of CBRN decontamination operations in order to interpret and communicate data through reporting and other techniques.
