• Provide exceptional customer service when completing assignments for customers.• Perform preventative maintenance on Point of Sale equipment such as, self checkout lanes, CPUs , Scales and Receipt Printers.• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and recovery of failed IT hardware and Point of Sale Equipment in live retail and office environments.• Edit all aspects of trouble tickets assigned to the work zone.• Provide comprehensive notes / resolution information / equipment information / closure detail to all tickets.• Order parts for all completed tickets with accuracy and timeliness.• Compile trouble ticket billing information using Microsoft Excel.• Maintain spare parts and inventory in van for customer environments.• Maintain constant adherence to Inventory Control practices and standards.• Keep vehicle orderly, clean and maintained in accordance with company and manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules.• Complete IT hardware installation tasks • Complete staging / integration services of IT hardware • Support low voltage cabling projects.• Drive company vehicle to service locations.

• Serves as maintenance technician for a multimedia environmental operation charged with installation, maintenance and calibration on scientific monitoring equipment/hardware; chemical research and analysis as required; and performing other maintenance related work.• Provide technical expertise to diagnose and repair electronic malfunctions, disassemble, reassemble, remove, and repair or replace unserviceable equipment. • Use a variety of hand tools to repair or replace equipment.• Troubleshoot and test faulty equipment, identify malfunctions and repair system malfunctions. • Perform required daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks and services on equipment. • Assist in performing confidence tests on selected equipment as needed to ensure proper operation. • Apply knowledge of operation, capabilities and limitations of equipment and systems. • Interact with engineers, manufacturer’s representatives, and field personnel in troubleshooting and developing modifications, substitutions or, corrections to equipment to reduce breakdowns and/or simplify repairs, servicing or operation.• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics of complex operational systems that create and use many interlocking signals. • Analyze daily work reports, identify problems, interpret procedures, and problem solve to positive effect. • Maintain work records; prepare clear and concise reports. • Perform initial response to incidents that may involve hazardous materials. • Learn and observe all appropriate safety precautions as required, including, but not limited to, OSHA General Industry Safety Orders, Respiratory Protection Program, and Safety Directives.

• Execute CBRN/HAZMAT response operations in hazardous situations• Provide continuous observations of hazard prediction models and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear sensor equipment.• Troubleshoot sensor equipment and perform field-level maintenance on equipment when needed• Interpret CBRN detection technology on a daily basis• Required to remain knowledgeable of CBRN decontamination operations in order to interpret and communicate data through reporting and other techniques.• Required to remain knowledgeable of DOD policies and regulations related to CBRN operations• Provide technical advice on CBRN and HAZMAT issues• Manage sensor capabilities, limitations, and outages• Observe and compile sensor data during shift and use MS Access to post data• Publish data and reports on sensor arrays and threat information at end of shift using MS Excel, Power Point and Word.• Relay mission critical information and intelligence to appropriate authority which includes IEOC and local emergency operation centers
