As a key contributor the Sr. Instructional Design Expert is charged with leading the effort to develop and install infrastructure and disciplines required to foster a culture of learning. The Sr. Instructional Design Expert will build and maintain a portfolio of learning products, manage the learning & development component of approved initiatives, implement, and teach proven L&D business practices, and make recommendations to improve in-house methodologies. This position is responsible for recommending and managing tools and infrastructure to effectively evaluate content and methods to ensure both learning and ministry outcomes are achieved.
