Direct hire from contract. Hospital HIPAA restricted environment. IT repair for all hospital departments across 10,000 users in multiple medical locations and offsite support. New systems builds from imaging or direct installation. User support, product instructional documentation, and team interaction daily. Travel between sites and on-call hours as well as night shifts frequent. Perform migration of existing Windows 7 devices to Windows 10 using established system templates. Provide onsite customer support, deployment, and software installation. Acting team leader for both night deployment, and daytime software installation / configuration teams. Assist supervisors by providing reports on supply counts, deployment, software requirements and trouble issues. Instruct team members of proper configurations and deployment locations. Document and escalate issues as necessary. 10,000 devices completed in a one year period.
