I have extensive work experience with new product development for medical devices, with project work including capacitors, cathode manufacturing, and batteries. Through roles at multiple medical device companies, I have gained a solid understanding of process and product development. My process development roles have allowed me to work directly with internal and external customers, including activities to define product specifications, project timelines, and production scaling efforts. I have a demonstrated ability to lead and direct the cross functional efforts from Process Development, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Development and Operations to ensure the higher level TDP and PDP was successful. My excellent planning and communication skills have resulted in successful leadership of multiple PDP projects and has led to an understanding of the cross functional team’s needs to bring a project to production.
