I am responsible for managing the litigation support and centralized docketing departments in this large multi-office professional service firm. My team and I work directly with attorneys and clients to provide targeted, client-focused technology in areas such as electronic discovery, computer forensics, predictive coding, front-line trial support, document and discovery management, extranets and on-line collaboration and case management. My expertise has contributed to the successful management of complex cases involving intellectual property, construction, securities, contract disputes, environmental, insurance, medical malpractice, employment and antitrust matters.• Direct all aspects of the firm's Litigation Support function, including strategic planning, budget, service offerings and cost recovery • Member of the firm’s technology committee providing direction and guidance for future firm initiatives. • Manage recruiting, orientation, and training of practice support staff; manage employee relations and conduct periodic and annual staff evaluations • Design, maintain and support the firm's E-Discovery tool set including Relativity, Law PreDiscovery and Ipro• Oversee E-Discovery for internal matters • Consult on complex computer forensic cases for internal and external clients. Preserve and analyze data from diverse sets of digital data sources, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, networks and mobile devices. Deep technical knowledge of methods utilized for evidence collection, maintenance of chain of custody and associated documentation, evidence storage and analysis and evidentiary reporting• Expertise in courtroom technology and has first-hand trial experience providing clients with case specific trial solutions• Responsible for implementation, support and promotion of client portal (extranet) technologies.• Provide educational opportunities and CLE accredited training for both internal and external clients.

Worked in Quality Assurance department tracking and reporting process defects for 15 production lines. Developed real-time web-based defect reporting system to provide engineers with instant feedback to aid in resource allocation for short term repair and long term process enhancements.
