• I am responsible for managing the litigation support and centralized docketing departments in this large multi-office professional service firm. My team and I work directly with attorneys and clients to provide.

• Design, maintain and support the firm's E-Discovery tool set including Relativity, Law PreDiscovery and Ipro
• Oversee E-Discovery for internal matters

Supply Administration and Operations

Worked in Quality Assurance department tracking and reporting process defects for 15 production lines. Developed real-time web-based defect reporting system to provide engineers with instant feedback to aid in resource allocation for short term repair and long term process enhancements.
