- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop accessible learning materials for new hires, increasing team productivity and demonstrating a positive ROI through improved procedural clarity and support.
- Engage closely with the L&D and leadership team as the system administrator to revamp the LMS, ensuring scalability and future adaptability, resulting in a decrease in ticket requests.
