Responsible for the fundamental line item re-underwriting in commercial real estate loans for securitization. Analysis is derived through sustainable cash flow and valuations to validate risk ratings for new issuance CMBS. Experienced in underwriting all property types as well as whole loans, subordinate notes and mezzanine investments.

Responsible for the analysis and ratings of structured finance instruments, specifically commercial mortgage backed securities.Perform real estate and bond analysis on credit and market issues within CMBS bonds and commercial loans. Responsible for performing monthly surveillance, analysis and executive summary reporting on CMBS and CMBX transactions, including an investigation of potential default or loss scenarios for underlying real estate loan collateral, underlying bond ratings, and overall pool performance.
