As a shift supervisor, I was responsible for on the spot coordination of shift routine and ensuring that on a per shift basis, that the team that I was assigned could succeed. One of the ongoing major responsibilities that I took on was developing strategies that would allow the team as a whole could improve, to make our cafe one of the best-reviewed cafes in the region. This allowed me to focus on the major key points that Panera focuses on.

Along with that I have had to paint fields, assist in the band uniform fitting process, along with organizing spaces so that everything ranging from documents to instruments could be easily accessible.

My responsibilities include making sure that the Corner Pocket is opened and closed on time, all while making sure that everything is up to the supervisor's satisfaction. I also work directly with the customers, providing them with whatever game they pay for. I also work large events, so I have experience dealing directly with large events, and making sure that everything is exactly to their liking.

I served as a musical mentor for students as young as 11 years old up to 18 year old high school seniors. I was the principal tubist, along as a teacher to many young, talented students. I helped these students gain confidence in not only music, but in life, teaching them about how confidence is key, especially in music. I also helped the students learn difficult repertoire, and got them to perform it at a level that exceeded what was initially expected.
