Content Marketing Manager
CurrentI plan, create, and maintain Fiix content across a variety of channels and formats, including web pages, emails campaigns, in-product messaging, community posts, how-to guides, video scripts, and blog articles. My content ranges over all stages of the customer lifecycle journey, from the outside/top/middle/bottom of funnel to customer enablement and retention. This requires a lot of flexibility in tone, style, and complexity, which is always a fun challenge for me! More recently, I've begun to develop skills in generative AI, SEO, marketing ops, and GTM strategy.Needless to say, my role involves a lot of cross-functional collaboration with design, web development, demand generation, and sales teams (which I love). It also leverages my five years of industry experience as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), which is always an asset as I seek to distill complex technical topics for our audience. I continue to grow as a writer and content creator while maintaining C.E.T. certification and investing in technical expertise.
