I managed the sales, customers, and all related business for the South East and Midwest Regions.I grew my territory by finding new customers, presenting preseason proposals, building relationships, increasing current accounts, providing clinics to train customers staff, suggesting new items, and attending all necessary trade shows and events.I created, proposed, adjusted, and managed all preseason orders. I created, planned, booked, and handled all of my own travels to visit customer shops, various trade shows, and festivals. This includes travel reservations, product selection, shipping, planning clinics, and event booking.

I was also responsible for the merchandising, resets, pricing, signage, displays, and customer experiences. I was told I had the best looking apparel and footwear dept. in the district by the SVP and DM. I was also the stores Loss Prevention Mgr. and conducted monthly meetings, trained the staff, communicated theft trends, logged incident reports, and lead the stores annual inventory.
