 Participated on a design-build project of a 640 MMSCFD natural gas metering and regulating (M&R) station. Reviewed P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and bill of materials as well as directed purchasing and delivery of materials.  Performed the onsite inspection of the fabrication and construction of the M&R station. Onsite inspector and point of contact for natural gas pipeline ROW slope remediation project.

Brunswick, Ga

 Supervised the operations of 184 miles of mainline rail including 9 local crews – 24 regular union employees. Directed the district’s operations due to customers’ needs or when schedules were interrupted due to railroad congestion, derailments, vehicle incidents, weather, etc.  Responsible for meeting the district’s daily and annual goals. Co-managed with the Lead Trainmaster a 15% annual increase of total carloads for our operating district in 2017 while performing approximately $200,000 below the 2016 operating expense.
