Provides guidance to lower grade engineering personnel in the solution of design problems which must be resolved during development and testing.

Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of large-scale projects. Identifies design, process, and equipment options to satisfy client needs, minimize costs, and limit potential operational problems. Maintains open and effective communications with project teams to increase productivity, confers with engineers, management, peers, customers, and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technological information. Continually monitoring and improving methods and procedures for processes, documenting issues, and balancing work flow techniques. Recommends design modifications to eliminate machine and system malfunctions, provides awareness and understanding of overall projects, interactions, and issues.

Operated an NC tube bender operator and programmer, on Eaton Lenard NC tube bender. DME certified installer for tube end fittings, ran a manual and automatic flare machine for end fittings. Built weld jigs for weld assemblies and worked hand in hand with the certified welders for completion of assemblies, formed sheet metal, tubes, cables, and assemblies. As a Safety Advocate, gave meetings and consulted with management to deliver safety information to the shop floor individuals. Worked with peers as well as management to fulfill all aspects of process and workload, learned an abundance of SAP and passport functions to help maintain work flow. Proficiently used SAP functionality to arrange pulling detail parts for weld assemblies and tube assemblies. Strong relationship with shop and management to advance in work related opportunities.
