Hello, my name is Eric Webster, I am the Director of Operations for Together, As the Director of Operations at Together, a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Omaha, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of two choice food pantries as well as other daily organizational operations. With a deep commitment to alleviating food insecurity and fostering community well-being, I oversee the daily operations and strategic initiatives that support the organization's mission to provide vital resources to those in need.In this role, I work streamlining operational processes, managing logistics, and coordinating with a team of passionate staff and volunteers. By implementing innovative strategies and optimizing resource allocation, I help to maximize the impact of Togethers programs, ensuring that individuals and families in the Omaha area have access to nutritious food options in a dignified and supportive manner.My leadership is marked by a focus on operational excellence, community engagement, and collaborative problem-solving.
