 Manage the restaurant and assume full responsibility of operations.  Meet or exceed standards, in terms of sales and cost control goals.  Perform all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.  Maintain and enhance the company’s image when interacting with guests, associates, and vendors.  Interview, select, hire and train associates; maintain the proper staffing level for sales trends. Work along with associates behind the counter to ensure all facets of the restaurant operations are handled in an efficient manner.  Handle guest relations in a quick, efficient and courteous manner by providing uncompromising guest service in a hospitable environment.  Respond to guest complaints.  Maintain a high degree of morale among associates within the restaurant.  Perform necessary cleaning procedures in order to maintain an immaculately clean environment at all times.  Attend all managers’ meetings. Conduct local marketing efforts in the restaurant’s immediate area.  Conduct periodic performance evaluations of staff, identifying areas of strength and developing improvement plans for those areas needing improvement.
