Eric is the Commercial Department Manager with over 17 years of construction experience, including residential and commerical work. He began his career as a residential framer and quickly moved up to lead carpenter. He soon moved on to the commerical side of construction and began as a installer for a commerical glazing company and within a year was brought into the office as an assistant PM, Estimator, and Auto CAD tech. Eric continued his commerical construction career as a PM, Estimator and Auto CAD tech with an ornamental Iron company for a few years. He continued on with his commercial glazing experience and is now the Commercial Department Manager with a building materials distributor. While working full-time and helping his wife raise his son, Eric attended Cincinnati State Community College at night and graduated with a 3.27 GPA. He now is studying for his Construction Documents Technologist exam and attends NKU.
