Head wrestling coach for Boys Town wrestling team including High school and Middle school teams. Oversees all operations of wrestling on campus. As head coach I also implemented and oversaw Summer Camps, Leagues, and Off-season training.

Created Youth and Children’s programming at inCOMMON community development - Directed Children’s (Grade 1st -6th) weekly Kid’s Club with neighborhood youth- Directed Youth (Grade 7th-12th) program based on Leadership Development through Civic Engagement and building strong peer and adult relationships with youth. - Started youth After school program to help with homework and get young people involved in clubs: art, esports, running club and soccer - Forged and reinforced relationships with Youth, Kids, and families in the neighborhood - Support raised for youth programing and organization’s other fundraising efforts.

-Directed a weekly Pre/K - 5th grade Bible Club program for 100 low-income/disadvantaged inner-city youth.-Designed weekly lesson plans for each grade level-Provided training and resources for 7 paid classroom teachers, 4 paid staff and 15+ volunteers. -Built relationships with families of Bible Club students and assist in meeting a variety of needs as a result of poverty.- Oversaw the summer programing for kids and youth at City Impact-Assisted with Impact Leadership Academy (6th-12th grade program) as Middle School Boys Classroom teacher organization and implementation of activities and events -Design behavioral plans for students’ success while at Bible Club-Planned staff celebrations and summer barbeques/big events for the families of City Impact-Helped with organization’s efforts to raise funds for all programming at City Impact
