Dr. Wise began his professional career in 1990 with a B.A. in psychology and a certificate in secondary education from Waynesburg College. He spent over 10 years in the field of Human Services as an educator, intervention specialist, and program director for gang and drug prevention. During that time, Dr. Wise began graduate studies in exercise physiology. In 1998, Dr. Wise became a nationally licensed massage therapist. He spent the following two years working as a clinical massage therapist in conjunction with a physical therapist colleague. In 2000, Dr. Wise heeded his life’s calling at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While studying at Palmer, Dr. Wise served as a Teaching Assistant in both the Diagnostic and Neurology Departments and completed an internship in the Sports Rehabilitation Department. Dr. Wise was nominated and received a Clinical Teaching Assistantship with the Palmer Clinics System. This is a position nominated by Palmer clinical faculty, which speaks highly of Dr. Wise’s clinical chiropractic skills. As part of the Palmer Clinic Abroad Program, Dr. Wise traveled throughout Morocco where he and a team of fellow chiropractors provided a full range of chiropractic care to the local population. Since receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and professional license, Dr. Wise has completed extended coursework in supplemental treatment and adjustment techniques. For the past three years he has been working as a chiropractor in Ohio and Pennsylvania. He currently lives in El Cajon CA with his wife Karie, a licensed acupuncturist who practices in the office with him.Thank YOU! We look forward to serving you and your family.
