Held role of Operations Planner for the TPU business unit (tradenames Texin & Desmopan). This included managing and improving very complex & high-profile supply chains across multiple regions. The business environment dictated many make-to-order expedites, but I still managed to plan and help execute four record-production months. I pushed our planning from spreadsheets into the SAP R/3 environment. I collaborated with business unit and inter-regional planning for our monthly S&OP process, which included an excellent effort to significantly reduce DSMI. After we decided to go away from APO software for RCCP, I created an excel tool for rough-cut planning, based on Business Warehouse reports.

Coaching HS girls lacrosse at South Fayette as a volunteer goalie coach.2022 is my 20th year volunteering as a lacrosse coach, and I am motivated to help our goalie tandem exceed the excellent 2021 results, which included a sophomore all-WPIAL awardee and a 55% save percentage.Started as a volunteer assistant at Franklin Regional with both the HS and Youth programs after completing spring semesters at college, and developed into an experienced head coach.Held varsity head coach position with the FR Panthers in 2006-2007 with playoff appearances both seasons and a #6 state-wide ranking. I was fortunate to lead a wonderful group of young men who I had the pleasure of coaching for 6+ seasons.Moved to the South Hills and led Canon-McMillan into WPIAL-sanctioned play in 2008-2009. Worked closely with the AD and championed facilities requests for the stadium, weight room, locker room, and video analysis for the boys HS lacrosse team.
