Efficiently training our most essential workers!My team and I consult with stakeholders, clients, and subject matter experts to evaluate training and development needs. We create quality training programs in a mobile, simulated training environment to help drive user adoption and promote accurate use of mobile applications. We develop storyboards for each client's training curriculum including authoring video scripts, learning demos, walk-through guides, practices, and assessments. Using data analysis, we evaluate learning effectiveness and provide reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.

I began as an Implementation Specialist, customizing our software using business analysis, critical thinking and product knowledge. After successfully configuring the software, I trained my clients on their new account workflow and functionality. Clients were also taught how to make further configuration changes while preserving their historical data. I successfully managed an average of 20 projects each month, and have a successful retention rate.In January of 2019 I was honored to be offered the position of Software Training Specialist, which allows me to not only educate and find creative solutions for our clients, but to take charge of the on-boarding and development of the company's employees. Since assuming this role, I have trained all new hires on our software product, Have created knowledge base videos to companion the existing library of written articles, and have spearheaded a self-help training program of "build with me" videos for clients. This rewarding position has allowed me to really develop my corporate training skills, as well as project management, analysis, and development. Although I am currently working in software (SAAS), this position has exposed me to industries including healthcare, information technology, construction, universities, manufacturing and more!

Records and processes orders and/or inquiries received by fax, mail, telephone, and/or through patient direct contact.Provides timely response to patients’ inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards.Provides pricing, availability, and schedules information within established guidelines.Receives inbound and outbound calls to patients or MD Offices regarding orders for medications, pharmacy services and all other inquiries.Coordinates patient care by scheduling orders, communicating information to the patient regarding shipments, assessing supply needs, verifying patient information, notifying the pharmacist of issues or changes in the patient’s condition.Provides correct information or directs the call to the appropriate team member or department while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Ensures that good patients’ relations are maintained and patients’ claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively.Creates patient activities as a reminder for the following tasks including but not limited to follow-up calls for patients, to initiate discharge of service, to contact a patient's doctor's office, to mail a letter to a patient, and any other reminders necessary as it relates to a patient's care.Contacts the pharmacists to alert them of any changes in patient's condition, compliance issues due to patient not taking medication or side effects, or to transfer a patient directly to pharmacist for counseling.Complete all additional special handling duties as assigned including but not limited to drug shipment notifications and Adverse Drug Event Reports.Complete other stages of the order process as assigned including but not limited to scanning prescriptions, imagine indexing, preQA, load insurance information, run test claims, work issues and facilitate prior authorizations.
