That´s what a snoby woman told me once during a Fair Exposition I had prepared from zero. Well, sometimes your title doesn´t correspond to your position. Period. I was hired to be the Director´s Executive Assistant. During the interview he said: Your English is perfect. You communicate very well and have a presence. I need you to manage the Marketing Department. Wow! I said: Thanks! I don´t have any experience with Marketing, but I´ll figure it out. And that´s what I did! I knew I needed help with everything. So, looked for my abroad coleagues from other unities and asked for help. First lesson: Build relationships. Loyal ones.My experience was taking care of executive´s lives to make it easier. But at that point, I had to:* Learn and do Importations. The company fabricates water treatment most advanced technologies (machines)* Make sure to be present in the most important expositions in Brazil and take care of everything: From zero!* Manage the website of the company: Writing and lauching the content* Help editors writing press realeases: One wrong information, my responsibilityAnd I was "only" an intern. This company was my first school of Marketing and Branding. My choleric temperament requires me to be challenged, otherwise I tend to procrastinate. And it hurts me a lot, to be honest.The time I spent working with them, I realized that I didn´t know my inner power. And my ability to communicate abroad a clear message started to pop up in my head. I left after 2 years, ready for my next adventure and sure I was going to perform much better, as a Queen.
