This project upgraded 30,000 + desktop PC’s to the Windows 7 OS for hospitals and medical facilities in Ohio and Kentucky for Catholic Health Partners. • Successfully established and documented procedures for receiving, upgrading and deploying 180 computers daily through the depot. Procedures are the basis to be used for setup at the next 4 depots established. • Direct the machine handlers for rotation and deployment of 180 PC’s daily to several locations. Prepared site sheets for tracking and accountability purposes.• Document PC's as they are replaced in the field.

-Led the production team who managed the processing of quarterly and annual tax reports for more than 25,000 clients with a 99.99% timely completion rate every quarter-Established procedures and provided technical support for more than 60 associates in Operations-Executed test plans for monthly software releases-Regional contact for internal software patches to resolve client and processing issuesConsulted with management to redefine process and procedures for all Operations departments during the creation of the Ohio Valley Region, the Midwest Service Center, and the Central Service Centers
