- Tech lead in designing and building onboard monitoring and communications system for locomotives. Written in Python and making use of QPID/AMQP- Tech lead in designing and building system to maintain and update software across hundreds of locomotives running Linux. Written primarily in Python.- Designed and implemented system for rail signal relay system requiring high availability and ability to handle a large message load. Written in Python with some parts written in C++ with SWIG and made heavy use of QPID/AMQP as well as MQ. Also featured a management webpage written in Java.-Built truck driver schedule optimizer using linear programming. Written primarily in Java with some C++ helper processes-Maintained and supported data modeling program used for forecasting equipment needs. Written in C++.- Designed and implemented enhancements and bug fixes for multi-tier inter-modal transportation system dealing with load management, billing and settlements, etc. Written in C++ and C#/.NET.- Headed effort to update multi-tier Non-qualified Deferred Compensation system, including identifying and correcting bugs and implementing new features. Written in Java.
