Current- Ensure quick turnaround time and report accuracy for patient results by being in constant contact with facilities, path labs, and oncology teams to procure missing information.
- Provided information to sales team and their account managers to help guarantee their readiness for their office visits.
- Handle high volume of emails, phone calls, requests, and questions from oncologists, pathology labs, patients, and the territory sales team. Take care of questions/requests expeditiously.
- Responsible handling all case work, for all tests offered, for 3 to 5 territories being overlooked simultaneously.
