As an Operations Supervisor, I manage 5 different divisions comprising of over 65 employees. Daily, I complete reports, prioritize projects, complete daily activity logs and make sure that personnel are knowledgeable and qualify in any task given. I take part in the hiring of new employees. Daily, I manage 10-15 ambulances that function at both ALS and BLS capabilities. I also help with public relations at hospitals and local Fire Departments. Daily, I also function as an ALS provider on ALS ambulances as a paramedic treating patients as well as mentoring new employees on proper usage of advanced equipment and patient care. As an Operations Supervisor, I am also responsible for performing administrative roles which mostly involve execution and budget planning, management, inventory control, and retooling each department so as to improve the contributions to my company. I was initially hired as a Paramedic on the 911 and ground transport units. I operated under very stressful situations and treated my patients with a high level of ALS care. After a year and a half, I was promoted to the Operations Supervisor and oversee 10 ALS units and over 75 personnel. I have made my division a profit-making division with an emphasis on proper patient care to provide my customers with a high level of quality care. As an Operations Supervisor, I have doubled my division in size .My outgoing personality and persuasive skills have resulted in over half a dozen hospitals that were using competitor ambulance companies to utilize CareFlite’s services. I have an extensive medical background and understand a wide variety of medical terminology, skills, tools, procedures, and patient diagnoses and treatments. Certifications: PHTLS, PALS, ACLS, BLS and NRP.

Day to day I managed the flight deck of the USS Nimitz for fire emergencies and helped provide a safe work environment on the flight deck. I had multiple tasks on the flight deck which include a Manager of a crash crew and driving the flight deck fire truck. My military career has taught me to handle stressful activities and keep a level head while accomplishing a goal.
