Hi, I am Eric Brown and currently I am employed as an English tutor for Mate academy. I come from San Diego, California, and I live in Rivne, Ukraine with my wife. Previously I also lived in Lviv and Hungary. In my university studies, I intensively studied literature from Britain, English grammar, and various methodologies for teaching English. In my free time, I have experience translating Old English texts, studying linguistics and more recently, Python and cybersecurity.Regarding my qualifications, I have a bachelor's degree in English with a specialization in Rhetoric and Composition from California State University in Long Beach, a TEFL certificate issued by i-to-i.com, and a Cybersecurity Professional Certificate from Google. I am interested in improving my teaching skills and gaining more experience, therefore I am open to more opportunities.
