My main activities on my routine are:• A lot of A/B tests to perform better engagement context before and after aboard of the product;• Massive experiments to reduce frictions to lead a habit forming product; • Apply structured interviews to identify where our value as product impact most our customers in their perceptions;• Plan and lead usability tests to improve the best hook loop as possible;• Analyze quanti and qualitative data from interactions and experience felt on the product;• And, of course, being aware to our 20m customer base to improve each engagement point.
