I am motivated by discovering efficient ways to develop a robust culture of philanthropy within non-profit institutions. Fostering connections requires both listening and broadcasting the right message at the right time, and the opportunity to help grow an authentic voice is something I find rewarding. I enjoy identifying, stewarding and soliciting top-level donors, as well brainstorming methods to reach the community, including managing the logistics of the many projects involved with turning a single vision into a reality: Ensuring printed materials are delivered on time, working with designers on videos and graphics, booking locations and vendors for events, and last but certainly not least, overseeing a large group of volunteers, making sure they feel both inspired and valued.
