Lead the overseas programming team and focus on programs in Africa and The Middle East

Foods Resource Bank is a ecumenical non-profit that works to connect people and communities worldwide in the effort to end hunger. This position requires me to support the programming already in place as well as seek out new ways that we can expand our reach.

The concept of the position is to create solidarity through technology, such as GIS, in order to promote cooperation amongst all county organizations in hopes of developing a stronger economy and quality of life for Fulton County IL.

The main goal of this position was to strengthen the relationship between the staff and the residents. Some of the main projects that I worked on to achieve this goal are:• Organized activities that strengthen the relationships between staff and residents of 4 housing programs.• Organized and led 5 educational programs to groups of 10 that worked to improve basic life-skills.

This position was a sales position but was created in order to meet the needs of an additonal community which was under served. In order to properly serve the new community it was first essential to find out the needs of the community.
