In this role, my focus is to innovate in order to inspire growth and change within organizations and individuals. I focus on creating trainings, experiences, and content to shift culture. I design and facilitate DEI workshops, provide executive coaching and growth strategy, lead creative ideation and consulting, and produce media (podcasts and story-telling series).

Host and lead story producer on "Shining Through The Clouds: Exploring the Resilience of LGBTQ+ Families in America." We intereviewed queer families in areas of the United States that were most impacted by harmful legislation (anti-trans, anti-reproductive justice, don't say gay, etc) to see what life was like living in those places. As host and story producer, I played a crucial role in developing the storylines and overall structure of the show. I wrote copy, interviewed guests, consulted on editorial oversight, recorded and produced voice over segments, and was responsible for giving shape to the narrative of each episode.

Gay Wine Club (GWC) is a social event series for queer people-and our allies-that want to drink great wine and learn about it in a fun, approachable way. GWC provides community, education, and opportunities for outreach. As the creator of GWC, I have fostered a community of 100+ queer people via in-person and virtual events. I have produced tastings, PRIDE events, and fundraisers to secure asylum for queer refugees. Additionally, GWC has frequently partnered with corporations for private events and tastings.

Think about coaching as guidance, clarity, and creative problem solving. It's an exploration of possibility. Coaching creates space to look at an issue and understand how it may be affecting us (physical stress, emotional stress, harmful thoughts and habits, etc.) It allows us to uncover how we want to show up for ourselves. Coaching is empowerment.Highlights of this role:-Coached over 100+ clients into alignment and action.-Partnered with organizations to reshape office culture.-Created and executed curriculum for improving service culture within corporations.-Facilitated workshops centered around healing racial trauma-Counseled clients on varying issues including clarifying life purpose, identifying wants and needs, communicating boundaries, managing anxiety, etc,-Empowered clients to make specific, manageable, achievable, realistic, and timely goals.

As VP, my role is focused on creating the container for community. I see my mission as being an agent for moving the needle. I facilitate relationships for partnership; host and curate events; create space for the cultivation of community; and also create opportunities for wine education. My role is to be an active agent of inclusion with the intention of moving people of color, queer folks, and women towards equity.

Received "Rising Star in the Wine Industry" award by trade publication, Seven-Fifty.As a sommelier, I mentored a team of 20+ staff members on service style and wine knowledge. I also seamlessly executed elevated service in a high volume, fast paced, high demand setting.
