Eric’s original produced screenplay, Bad Hair Day, premiered on Disney Channel with record ratings of more than four million viewers. It was the #1 cable telecast across all youth demos year-to-date. His first produced feature script, Race to Space, is based on the true story of the first chimp sent into space at the dawn of the space program. The Lionsgate release was shot on location at Edwards Air Force Base and the Kennedy Space Center. In its review, the Hollywood Reporter said, “Neatly blending the heroism of an Apollo 13 and the gently nostalgic sweep of an October Sky with an added Spy Kids adventure-fantasy element, this solidly acted and packaged production has the right stuff.”Eric’s most recent project took him to one of the most dangerous places on Earth, the occupied West Bank, where he co-produced and co-wrote a feature-length documentary called The Blessing and the Curse about an isolated Israeli settlement where a horrific terrorist attack put the settlers’ faith to the ultimate test. In addition to his prolific work as a copywriter, producer and screenwriter, Eric taught introductory and advanced screenwriting as an adjunct professor at Lynn University’s School of Visual Art & Design in Boca Raton, Florida.
