As the former chief marketing executive in four large law firms and a consultant to dozens more, I have successfully coached hundreds of lawyers to help them focus their practice, build competitive advantage, and attract profitable clients. I also have several years of experience in financial services marketing. I spent the majority of my career in professional services marketing, strategy, communications, and brand management in leadership positions in banking, commercial real estate, consulting, and legal services. An award-winning marketer, I have deep experience in market positioning, brand management, public relations, digital marketing, content marketing, customer journey and experience, and promotions. I am a compassionate leader and mentor who is highly creative, curious, and collaborative.As a trainer and coach, I apply a disciplined instructional design process to both my instruction and my coaching services. My focus is on practice development and the importance of developing the marketing and business development skills required by the unique demands of each practice area. I am committed to leaving my clients with the tools and knowledge to continuously build and refocus their practices. The platform features 200 learning modules, a forms library, gamification, custom dashboards, automation, reporting, and coaching to help lawyers achieve their goals faster and more efficiently. The platform also allows firms to deliver training to their clients or collect a range of survey types. I am the author of Power Grids.
