Responsible for leading, developing, and maintaining strategic planning, governance, and performance monitoring frameworks to meet the information technology needs of the Peace Corps. Direct the following teams and services:* Enterprise Architecture * Internal marketing and branding of OCIO services* Demand forecasting and acquisition strategy* Internal Objective and Key Results (OKR) program

Supports OCIO leadership in developing long-range strategic and operational plans, establishing metrics for measuring the performance of the plans, as well as leading the activities to capture the data necessary to analyze and report on performance of specified initiatives and general operations.

Member of combined functional and technical team developing and implementing a complete redesign of the agency's Peace Corps Volunteer talent acquisition process and systems.Serves as a subject matter expert on data architecture, business intelligence, performance measurement, and data governance strategy.Advises on the integration of various IT systems, the development of data glossary and taxonomy, and the mapping current and future state data systems and business processes.

Responsible for the collection and reporting of agency-level performance measurements.Provided oversight to agency statistics and data reporting functions, including the production of recurring statistical reports and management of the underlying data needed for statistical and research purposes. Provided leadership and guidance for the data and information management activities of the agency.

Responsible for production of recurring statistical reports and management of structured and unstructured data needed for statistical and research purposes. Assisted in agency strategic planning and reporting activities; production of products to meet OMB requirements such as GPRA, PAR, PART, and PMA.Conducted data analysis in order to provided agency managers with information to aid decision-making and increase program and operation effectiveness.

Assisted SES staff in Regional Office on program operations and objectives via quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations. Provided reports and recommendations on station efficiency, employee productivity, and the impact of changes. Provides input and recommendations to aid management in making effective decisions that improve overall station performance.
