(NASDAQ: PONE), the second largest provider of security alarm monitoring and related services in the U.S., with 68 branches, one million active residential, commercial and multifamily customers, 2,700 employees and $380MM in annual revenue. • Advised executive management and board of directors in connection with merger and acquisition, significant asset, vendor and financing transactions, SEC and public listing requirements.• Supervised nine person legal staff and network of outside counsel across the U.S. Responsible for $5.0M legal department budget. Implemented alternative fee arrangements with primary law firms, resulting in greater efficiencies and cost savings.• Provided legal services to executive and line managers in connection with commercial customer and vendor contracts, regulatory compliance and company licensing, marketing and sales activities (including FTC and consumer protection compliance), electronic commerce, telecommunications, software and equipment purchases, employment law issues, facilities management and leasing, and records management.
