Consumer Financial Services Compliance

- Counsel business units on updates to CFPB, state or federal regulatory requirements and proactively communicate the assessment of business impact to senior management- Manage the Default Attorney Quality Assurance team to ensure third party law firm compliance with internal policies, procedures, best practices and state and federal laws- Serve as the legal liaison responsible for ensuring appropriate and timely research and responses are provided to consumer complaints - Manage internal and external regulatory exams, manage project teams in responding to regulator inquiries and ensure implementation of identified remediation requirements
