• Manage, evaluate and setup vibration network for the following companies; PUB, Tuas Power, and Jurong Port.
• Liaise with service engineers in deploying hardware onsite.
• Conduct vibration software training for new customers.
• Create admin and user guide for new customers.
• Manage and maintain vibration software and storage servers.
• Create and update UAT for new vibration software.

• Responsible in retaining and maintaining existing clients through regular updates and frequent touch-base by phone or email.
• Handles and prepares contract renewals.
• Responsible in addressing the clients’ inquiries, concerns and/or disputes and ensure that resolutions are delivered in a timely-manner and conducts follow-ups if necessary.
• Conducts consultative assistance, systems training, data collection and report generation support to clients to ensure proficiency in using the system.
• Responsible in updating and maintaining client’s database to ensure only accurate and relevant information are stored.

• Responsible for taking inbound calls from Shenker Logistic, Economist, Radiance Communications and Chevron Emergency Hotline. Ensure all calls are captured into the ticketing system and do follow up on pending cases..
• Troubleshooting PCs, notebooks and printers via phone and remote.
• Network related issues such as LAN and Wireless LAN.
• Email related issues (Lotus Notes and Outlook).
• In-house application related issue (AS400 apps - ARGUS and FAMS, TradeNet, HUB applications, etc).
• VPN and IPASS related issues.
