With over 20 years of experience in the retail IT sector, I am a seasoned and reliable Network Support Engineer at NCR Corporation, the leading provider of retail technology solutions. I use my troubleshooting skills and computer hardware knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues related to the GURU/MAPS software, which is a proprietary tool that enables remote access and management of the retail devices. I also leverage my Cisco Meraki expertise to monitor and maintain the network connectivity and security of the stores.
