Trained players in weapon usage as JTAC skills from previous experience as a Joint Forward Observer in the US Army. Also was responsible for the training of the Air Detachment to provide players with experienced and capable pilots to assist in virtual close air.

• Assisted MD Army National Guard for the Multi-National Force Observer mission. Conducted the observer mission on an established Observation Post. Performed mobile patrols to enforce the Treaty of Peace between Egypt.
• Managed three Soldiers in enforcing the Treaty of Peace by conducting more than 30 mobile patrols.

• Developed and implemented a training plan for seven reporting Soldiers. Utilized classroom training with PowerPoint presentations and simulated exercises. Received training tasking from Senior Non-Commissioned Officers.
• Selected to be a deputy trainer by direct senior leader to cross-train a Military Police Company consisting of 80 personnel with classroom presentation and simulation software to prepare Soldiers for an overseas.
• Coordinated all logistic operations to support an Infantry Company including close air support, close combat attack and indirect fire-support from multimillion dollar platforms including aircraft and weapon systems..
• Tested present and future war fighting concepts using Blue Force Tracker equipment as a participant in a 40 man group. And provided feedback to evaluate the system to higher level planners.
• Security element member of a Tactical Human Intelligence Team (THT) in Iraq.
• Provided input to prototype training modules designed to train National Guard and Active Duty Marines in indirect fire support at Fort Benning in September 2006 and November 2006.
