Sole internal legal counsel of Ever-Green Energy, LLC., management company for two 501(c)(3) charitable utilities providing district heating and cooling primarily to downtown St. Paul, across the largest district systems in North America. Provide counsel for over 100 employees across six production facilities, and through multiple entities, all focusing on the efficient distribution and use of fuels, including biomass, using energy from co-generation.
