Responsibilities include ministering to youth in the Kirksville community, recruiting and training volunteers, fund raising, setting and managing a budget, working with a volunteer elder board, as well as the organization and running of mission trips, outreach events and weekly youth activities.

Management of real estate for absentee landlords, including the purchase of property, rental arrangements, maintenance, and renovations.

Directly involved in sales, budget and financial decisions, hiring and training of new employees, customer relations, managing inventory, and assisting with the advertising layout and design for all media.

Responsible for the distribution of rental movies, games and VCRs to stores throughout the Midwest. Developed and installed a bar-coded scanning system for the larger accounts.
