-Compare and analyze rate sheet for any base pricing reprices or inaccuracies and alert the team to upload missing rates for any of the loan programs via using our excel forms.-Monitor the Lock Desk Inbox for changes, extensions, re-locks, renegotiations, waivers, pricing scenarios, administrative requests, exceptions, and other specific questions of the loan files from Outlook. -Coordinate and help process these requests via using LMS and help Lenders in terms of navigation and direction of the system’s portal. -Help generate the Hybrid Flow Excel for Hybrid bulk uploads and upload the batch through our LMS system. -We also price and lock these files and generate a new lock confirmations. -Help generate the Bulk Excel for Bulk Uploads and upload the batch through our LMS system and generate trade confirmations to be uploaded onto the Bulk Upload. -Provide and generate reports for our Capital Markets to view and to see which loans and files were locked. -Understand and research our guidelines and policies for any inaccuracies in the loan parameters and must ask for exceptions for ineligible loans with the Capital Markets or Auditing team.
