Manage and provide caseloads of 250+ online graduate students with necessary resources to ensure students are successful within their graduate program. Strategized outreach efforts to recruit disconnected youth to our job readiness and professional development workshops. Led a six-week job readiness training that included: resume building, mock interviews, career goal setting, financial literacy training that pertained to setting financial standards and budgeting. Provided comprehensive and culturally sensitive case management services, including: career expectations, educational goal setting, money management/coaching, and weekly case plan development. Upheld accurate records and case management files for each participant.
